WTB 144-250 w/ Automatic for HS Shop Project

I am looking for a small inline six and automatic to use for a project. I teach high school shop classes in a small town and we are putting a 1940 International truck body on a 2001 Ranger frame. I would like to run a small inline six with an automatic. I was hoping that maybe if someone was doing a driveline swap to convert a mustang or falcon to v8 that they may have a complete driveline for sale.

I am located in Southern Illinois.
