Many of the rebuilders do a poor job.
Most of us rebuild any carb from our mail box or over the counter as there is no guarantee they have been done well, never mind right. It's better to know than to put something outta a box on and just hafta take it off again, ck for right & eliminate that from the multiple items in a trouble shooting phase of a new build.
