Just a reminder, you ordered oil-through push rods, right? and you have oil through lifters already to go with the new rocker setup.

Absolutely! And the block also has the passage blocked for the oil through pushrods and grooved lifters as recommended. Thanks for checking though. We certainly want to do this right the first time.

Hi Wayne. Thanks for checking on us! I did take her out for a short cruise yesterday. Runs and drives awesome!! Had to wait a couple of weeks after we had the alignment done to take her out due to the roads being salted (yup! Even in balmy GA!).

Only problem we had was with blow by at the valve cover breathers. What a mess!! Cleaned up this morning and we have a new breather and PCV valve coming from Speedway Motors. Hope that does the trick! After going to great lengths to having this engine bay show worthy, oil messes certainly weren’t part of the plan there. We’ve got great oil pressure at 60psi at idle, but the valve covers are baffle-less for clearance of the Yella Terra RR’s, which is the main reason for the blow by.

Glad you got it going . Hope you get the blow by issue resolved.
Well we did'nt have any bad roads up here in Alabama around the B,ham area but man that 3 or 4 days of about 13 to17 degrees was bad .
