I have a 144 that has 1961 casting#'s. It came out of my 62 wagon. When i was was driving it it was a game little engine that used no oil and ran flawlessly, Free to a good home-- you will need parts from an early l6 to install it as i pirated some for my 200. Off the top of my head, needed will be your old------
1--oil pan
2--water Pump and thermostat houseing
3--crankshaft pulley
4--fuel pump
5--dip stick and tube
6--rocker arm shaft assembly.
7--starter
8--generator and brackets
As i said it was a really good running engine with zero daily driver problems--just small. If you have a solid lifter engine that is worn out this is a cheap way to go down the road as the carb, dizzy, and inards (that's a southern word) are all excellant. Located 30 minutes south of the Atlanta airport 3 miles off I-85. Sorry i just don't have time to mess with shipping.

Innards, dan. Sheesh! How are we supposed to know what you're talking about if you spell it wrong?!

*Ahem*.... Sorry, I'm out of the country or I'd help you out. My home is only about an hour and a half away from you.
