For Sale 1968 Ford 200 6 cylinder for sale

I've got a 1968 Ford 200 cubic inch 6 cylinder (11-CDE-6015B) engine for sale. My step dad was alternating between using this engine and a 289 windsor in his 66 Bronco. He had this engine out of the Bronco when he unexpectedly passed away. I believe the engine was running fine when he pulled it out about 2-3 years ago. The distributor, fuel pump, water pump, carburetor, exhaust manifold, and even the bell housing are all attached, just like you pulled it out of the engine bay yesterday. I pulled the plugs and turned the engine over by hand. The engine feels good. I don't know what the compression is without buying a compression tester or going to a shop. The dipstick doesn't show any oil (was he changing it?) but the filter is still attached. That all said I think the engine is in good shape but I can't confirm that. So I'm selling it for $500/OBO. I haven't yet figured out how to post photos here but am happy to share them. The engine looks good and is in Lake Tahoe, CA.

My condolences. I'm sorry to hear about your step-dad's passing. There is a block on new members posting photos. I think after 5 posts in the forum, you should be able to post them.

Where is the rest of the 66 Bronco?

Many will ask for the block and head casting numbers which should appear as seen below:

Head casting numbers are important also because often a later head will be swapped onto an early block and usually the later the head has better performance capability so more desirable.
