200 Dist and oil pump rod

Will a '63 170 distributor and oil pump shaft work in a '68 200?

What about a '71 250 pump shaft & dist in a '68 200?

I'm finally pulling out the old 170/ 3spd for the 200 w/5spd

The oil pump, driveshaft, and dizzy all have to match. They changed from a 1/4" shaft to a 5/16" shaft around 1965 so unless you change the oil pump on the '68, then no, it wont work.

Post 1965 200s and all 250's use the same distributor, but the 250 has a longer oil pump shaft than the 170/200.
