Wanting to get some pics or advice on installing headers on my 200. The original a/c is still blowing ice cold and I don't want to change out.

The Classic Inlines header I bought fit with a little grinding on the bracket. I don't have the compressor on there, but I could mock it up tomorrow or something to see if it hits.

Thanks for the suggestion. If it's not too much trouble try sitting the compressor on the bracket and let me know, I'm afraid the housing of the compressor is going to be in the way of the #1 and #2 exhaust ports.

It won't fit. The newer Sanden style compressors should work, but the stock compressor is just too big. It hits the primary tube. I think that you are stuck with the stock manifold.

All you have to do is modify the bracket, so it positions the compressor a bit more towards the fender.
Unfortunately I don't have a picture, where the compressor is on top (over he alt), but it can still be done.
IIRC some of our members have posted pics of a modified stock bracket, so you might try doing a search.

In this picture, the alt is on top (over the compressor), but its the same idea.
