Teeheehee, I finally was able to lay the grubby little paws on a set of 6 Fenton Hi-lift rocker arms for the 215. Now, if i wasn't so busy at work..., busy with honey do..., busy with some #$@*&$@!!!!!! :x remodeling project my wife saw on TLCHGTVDIY, I might get to put them in.
Ebay. I was suprised that I got them for the opening bid, especially for Fentons.
After looking at them, a resourceful sort of guy could probably make them out of stock rockers with some hardfacing rod, a micrometer and a surface grinder. Maybe.
Those pictures are of the engine that was in my 56 F100 20+ years ago. It ran really great until the boost controller started sticking and allowed the boost to get up over 11lbs. That was really fun till a connecting rod snapped and blew holes in both sides of the block.
