: I have purchased the holley 2300 2v to install on my 250 head and am converting from manual to auto choke. The instructions with the conversion kit are vague and the pictures are blurry. I am trying to figure out how to install the spring that puts tension on the outer fast idle lever and also need to learn whether the fast idle screw is supposed to rest against the fast idle cam or whether the inner fast idle lever is supposed to be in a cocked back" position like the hammer of a gun. A PHOTO would be GREAT!!!! I don't know what to hook the short end of the spring onto although the long end of the spring seems to rest in a notch in an arm of the outer fast idle lever. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. p/n 45-223 is the part number on the conversion kit.
