Can anyone tell me physical diff erence between pre x-flow250 and 250 2v exhaust manifold Thanks Brownman
The 2V always had fabricated extractors from the factory. Never a cast manifold. The precrossflow 250's cast manifold won't fit properly as it's open at the top of the 3&4 exhaust ports. You can clag it up with weld - but why would you?
Every set of extractors I've seen will fit the 2V and regular head, so no need for worrying about differences there.

Thanks addo,I sort of suspected as much but was,nt sure I just hope they will fit in xk.I do want to change chrome inlet for non chrome one,any clues there Brownman
Best fitting extractors are the Pacemaker ones. You'll need to call them in case they have a different idea than using the 221 set. Other option is Castlemaine and see what Castle Exhausts are offering.
Can't offer any joy on an un-chromed manifold. You could sandblast yours, possibly.
