250 Carb. Spacer to 200 head?

As my current 200 rebuild project progresses, I've got a notion to upgrade the carb. to a larger unit from a 250. My question is, does the 250 carb. spacer bolt on to the 200 head? Has anyone done this upgrade and, if so, what are the behavior results? Thanks, and Happy 4th, Norm in SoCal

Just wondering if you have access to the carb and have not done your head work you might consider changing the whole head from the 250. That's what one of the members here did..
