:? i'm just wondering if anyone could help me?. i am planning to fit 3 or 6 motorcycle carbys to a custom manifold, each supplying 1 or 2 cylinders. therefore the problem i am facing is fuel supply, and, if i will need to fit a small fuel "tank" after the fuel pump with individual lines coming off it to each carby thus giving even pressure to each unit?. or will a "fuel rail" with each carby plumbed inline suffice? which makes me think, will i need to upgrade my cam activated fuel pump to an electric pump? the vehicle in question is an aussie 1968 xt falcon 500 with a stock 3.6l 221cid block topped with the 250 2v head running 9.3:1 comp. cheers :) toby

Cycle carbs normally operate with just a gravity feed. A regulator is needed to reduce the pressure to 1 - 1.5 psi.

Don't overthink the fuel distribution. A simple fuel block or rail with six feeds will suffice.

The only thing I would think of doing with such a long run is maybe T-ing the fuel line at the pump and have it fit both ends of the fuel rail, that way your last carbs wouldn't tend to suffer starvation under heavy load.

However, it may be a moot point so long as you actually have enough fuel pressure.

I know i didn't have a fuel problem when I ran with teh Offy 3x1v
