All Small Six 2V conversion adapter sealing

How do you guys seal the aluminum adapter to the log manifold?
With JB Weld, or RTV?

I made a gasket to fit.

I was wondering, because the different thermal expansion of the aluminum and cast iron would call for a gasket...

if very hot the thin gasket material works best, where carb is mated, a thicker cork gasket works for iso' . the '74 uses a blow thru a 2X1 and I make the gaskets and use copper spray for sealant - blo-thru hat gasket is a trick' though ...
