I have for sale a turbo kit that was fabricated for my 250 pre-xflow XY.
The kit includes:
>Freshly reconditioned 2v head.
The head has been crack tested, bead blasted and repainted.
New guides, valves and HD crow springs.
The bowls have been blended and casting marks removed.
The chambers have also been polished.
Manifold has a holley type adaptor which has been blended in.
>Autolite 2100 1.08 carburettor modified for forced induction.
Removed choke housing.
>Boost referenced Carter fuel pump.
>Modified Bosch XE type distributor with around 10 deg mechanical advance.
>Split pulse log style turbo exhaust manifold.
>Hitachi HT18-2s turbo fitted with a v-trim impeller in a machined housing.
Back cut exhaust turbine. The turbo was reconditioned before fitting.
>3 inch dump pipe with O2 sinsor bung.
>3 inch mandrel bent exhaust with single muffler to suit XY.
>Comes with modified Mazda intercooler, all pipework with Subaru bypass
valve and carby hat.
>Sump with oil return fitted.
>Other parts included are engine mounts, starter, accellerator linkages and
pedal, roller timing set, water pump, plastic fan.
All this will bolt to a standard 250 short block.
It has done only tuning work since being completed at a total of around 500km. It was tuned with a wideband O2 sensor and runs very well.
Asking price $2000.
I also have a c4 to go with it too.
