All Small Six 4.1 250ci cam recommendations

I'm picking up a 5-speed '88 XF Falcon (carb) and looking to do some head work. I want to give it a real lumpy note but keep it simple—just a cam and springs that won't require any machining.


What are some good cam and spring recommendations for a stock 4.1 Crossflow? Also, is there anything else I should consider while I’m at it?
