Hey guys I’m abit of a newbie when it comes to doing up older engines however I seem to make it work , I have recently brought a pretty much bone stock( to my knowledge ) 88 xf s pack Ute , it has the 250 cross flow , I am wanting to put a massively lumpy cam in it however I have no idea what cam specs mean just looks like gibberish to me I’m not all to concerned about much power gain although it would be nice i just live the sound of massively lumpy cams , I also red a post that said to diy port/polish the head while your at it , would I need to do any other head work things other then valve springs ? Any help with what would be the Lumpiest cam I could do keeping it relatively as low cost as possible would be great , not sure if it matters but I have already ripped the est dizzy and computer out just put in a 2 wire electric one so not sure if that would come into play with what cams ect , thanks you in advance guys
