63 galaxie 223 compression questions

I just completed a compression test on my recently aquired 63 Galaxie with the 223. All cylinders are between 105 and 112. Accordinging to a tag on the side of the engine it was bored out 60 over in 1980. (company that did work no longer exists).
How are my compression numbers?
If neccesary, could the cylinders be bored any more than 60 or would I need it sleeved if neccessary?
What spark plugs and gap would you suggest?

Thanks in advance

I would say that's probably about right for a "typical" rebuild. Compression was probably fairly low in the original motor, and the change of gasket material would take another little bit away from it.

If anything, you might skim the head a little - but it depends what you want from the vehicle! Plug gap will reflect the ignition system type; if it's stock probably 40 thou is the maximum. Many people have different ideas on plug brand/heat range; it's a bit like tyres or mufflers!

Regards, Adam.

Yes it is all stock. I was hoping to keep it as close to original as possible. Just intend it for summer cruising, less than 3000 km a year.
