Well this is my first post and i've had the car for about 3 or 4 weeks... I have gotten the motor running (I am led to believe it is the 170). I will take pics so someone can help me determine the carb and if it really is a 170.
What are my real options for getting some power out of this motor? I have been reading through the forced sections and am tossed up between a turbo and a supercharger.
I was going to stay n/a for a while and build up the motor. I was looking at the oz head but am not sure if it is out or not yet.
If I start changing internals, then decide to go forced, will I have to change back to achieve stock compression?
Can someone help me figure out how to get this to be a sub 15/14 second car. (pretending money is not a problem)
If this car can achieve 13's I would also love that. But i am under the impression that is only through forced induction.
I have always worked on imports, this is my first real American car.
