67 master cyl new or rebuilt?

I am adding a 67 duel master cylinder(drum/drum) to my 66 mustang. I would like to know to go w/ a new one or are the rebuilt ones just as good for 25.00 less?

12" piece of 3/16 tubing and a 3/16 T; go here for specifics.
