73 maverick donor to 64 6 cyl. falcon

Ok I have found a donor car with everything I am looking for. 200 cid six, 5 bolt rearend, and automatic for a swap into my sons 64 6 cyl falcon.

Has anyone made these swaps? I know the engine and tranny will work. I am pretty sure the rear end is a fit. What about the front spindles and disc brakes? any one do this swap? Any thing else I should pull off the donor? thanks for the help everyone. We will post pictures as the project gets going.

The disc brakes will work. Confirm the rear end type - it is probably an 8" but make sure.

8) everything works, except perhaps the driveshaft. i forget the wheelbase on the maverick. one thing though, the stock leaf spring mount wont work so you will have to get a mount crossmember that allows you to use the C4. autokrafters has one as does falcon parts.com(iirc).

Putting any 70's rearend in a 60's falcon, you will need shock plates and u-bolts from a 67-70 mustang. The brakes will work as stated.
