87 300 EFI to 86 302EFI conversion

I'm at loss..... will a 87 300EFI drop in where 86 302EFI once existed. what the major obsticles that would be encountered???

i believe frame mounts will be needed
the bellhousings are the same pattern, need to zero balance the flywheel

gonna need to update the computer as well
what tranny do you have?

i know the tranny's will bolt.... i'm concerned about the computer and electronics

Think of the computer aspart of the engine. Whatever you're doing for a donor engine, do the same thing for the donor computer and wiring harness.
