Would it be worth the trouble and effort to get a megasquirt going on a '94 already EFI 300? I'm strongly considering it now since the computer is now sending me on a wild goose chase without end for a strange problem that seems incurable.

I'm also wondering if i could keep the stock wiring and route the Megasquirt into that, and what sensors would I be able to keep?

You could add a MS and keep the stock wiring, but I think it would be easier to just fix what you have.

What kind of issues are you having?

As a warning, I am have just attempted to run MS though a stock '89 harness. LOTS of noise in the signals. Ford used one power wire to power the injectors, emission equip, and ignition system.

I have had to take the wiring harness apart and run individual wires for each component and then ran new ground wires for each sensor.

Check your ground connections- I ran into trouble with those as well.

Interesting. How did the long intakes work out with the turbo kicking up some pressure?
