All Small Six A BRAND NEW CYLINDER HEAD FOR THE FORD STRAIGHT 6?

This relates to all small sixes
surprised it fit.
#7 post shows X-flow ina falcon. I thought the
intake too massive. That is even a RHD, no?
No shock tower work?

We'd hafta mod steering
for exhaust (harder as intake is nice'n hi) ?

I just watched a video from Engine Gremlin on Youtube announcing that he plans to design and produce an new cylinder head
for the 200 based off the Toyota DOHC 2JZ. Here is the video:

As long as you don’t price it like Vintage Inlines you’ll be okay

Have you looked at the price of a used Toyota DOHC 2JZ cylinder head let alone a new one?
There was nothing wrong with the price of the Vintage Inlines head which also included the intake manifold.
The problem was getting one.

The best solution for everyone reading this thread and is considering on building a small six that will put out huge amounts of horsepower, is to build a small block V8. This would be the smartest move. I think Ford saw the writing on the wall way before the 260 came out in 1963. One of the smartest moves Ford ever did. Anyways, it’s just hobbyists having fun.

I’m currently replacing my 62 Falcon Squire wagon with a 200 and a C4. I still have its original drivetrain. I just want AC, and a better tranny / engine.

You have the best of both worlds. An every day wagon for commuting and delivery. And, a Sprint V8 to enjoy on back roads and uncongested highways. This is the way to do it!

You have a beautiful family there.

My next project is a 63 Falcon Ranchero Squire! I have all the wood trim pieces for another 62 Squire wagon. Going to do it to the Ranchero! Never seen it done before. Sticking with the beach theme, surfboards in the back. If you have any suggestions or ideas I’m always interested!

Some of us reading this thread can afford to build what they want, and do not have to justify it to anyone.
