Would a Holley 4412 bolt up to the Weber style adapter? I bought the Trans Dapt adapter that is supposed to fit a Holley, but it doens't quite fit the manifold on my '83 200. any ideas? thanks.

i got one of the adapters from clifford i dont know if they r the same or not but my 4412 appears like it will fit perfectly to my adapter

If you are not using the hot water plate that goes below the carb on a stocker, then the adapter wont fit. The adapters I've seen and used do not bolt to the manifold.

yeah for the transdapt adapter you seed to use the factory spacer with the pcv port, mine did not have the fittings for the heater hose it is just the pcv

Sorry guys, I forgot to add that I am using the stock pcv port. I am having to round out the holes where the carb studs go into the adapter. Other than that, it looks like everything will hook up fine. I noticed that having it set-up this way put the fuel bowls and the rear of the engine. I shouldn't have problems with this unless I drive up a real steep hill. Now my only problem is getting the kick down hooked up to the carb.

flip the adapter around and you get the fuel bowl in the front  hold on I will go take pics of mine

here is how mine sits with fuel bowl facing the front of the car

the valve cover needed a little "adjustment" with the bfh to clear the throttle
