I was there and had the XA in the show.....anyone see her?? was the only xa there with my colour and the only xa futura so i was pretty stoked, she got attention all day with heaps of people liking the car with heaps pf ppl looking forward to the new motor going in 
Also go allan moffet and john goss to sign the glove box and gossy loved the car which i was pretty stoked about too!

Was it a green Xa with white interior? That one was really sweet. My mate took a lot of photos... i don't have any at the moment. Though he is an XY fan, but i got him to point the camera at the XA's at every opportunity.
Not too many 6's... and no panel vans. (well, i saw two old school ones that weren't falcons)

yeh that was her the green one with the white and yeh that was her in readers rides in SM magazine... the BB was the idea at the time as i had an offer that fell threw after i put the car in so stickin to the 250 turbo idea now, considering ive spent up big on it i may aswell.
Yeh there were heaps of XA's with v8's but there wasnt another XA FUTURA 250 there so i was stoked!!!!
My panalbeater just finished paint a pano, is a GS too and came out sweet and will be riding on 17in billets...ill try and get pics

Boys would love to have gone but I just came back from a week in Melbourne. Drove the XY down there. Has been down and back 3 times in the last year. I love the all Ford days. We should aim to catch up next year. Perhaps we could have our own little plot!

Top day wasn't it. Great weather too.
I know what you mean about finding a nice 6 to look at. Some nice TD Corties and a couple of V6 Capris near us in the Early Falcs. Of course we had about half or more I6s. I think I remember a nice green XA. So many great cars it made the head spin.
