I am going to do this conversion. I cannot find any information on the internet or around the area. I see a lot of pictures on the net but not a whole lot of information on how to do it. I purchased an ac delco alternator (GM 10SI 63 amp alternator, 1980 chevy malibu) for the conversion. I have 57 Ford Custom (223)and am new but mechanically inclined. Brackets seem to be the hardest thing to find. I was also wondering if I had to use a different belt? Any help is appreciated.
