can you put the 1979 - 1983 valves in the aussie head ?

On a stock Aussie Head...No.

I say stock, because I had my head modified to fit US Valves. The valve guides are different sizes. If you check out AzCoups site, it explains the differences and what you can do about it: www.fordsixparts.com
