Another 5200 choke question

I've got a 5200 with the vacuum nipple on the choke housing:

Since I have a stock 78 exhaust manifold with a good choke stove I'd like to use it with the 5200.
I assume the vacuum port on the choke would normally require some constant source, but not sure if I have something appropriate to plug it into. Anyone else using this type of choke?
Where can I get a choke that has a hot air port for this carb?
If I end up not using the choke stove on the exhaust manifold, what might be a good way to plug it without tapping a bolt or something in there?
