Just wandering if anyone's had any luck running a multi carb set up on their crossflow. They look so cool. And if I'm gonna get away with running a hot rod six in Dallas TX. It's got to be cool or extremely fast. 8)
Preferrably both.

triple dcoe 45 webers -late model 152s with air correctors
40 mm chokes
f7 main emulsion tubes
5.00 mm aux venturis
155 mains
165 air correctors
.5 accel jets with .5 pump bleed back
.65 idle jets with centre core reduced to .9 mm
3 mm needle and seat
full throttle by 1500 rpm and gobs of off idle torque and throttle response.
air correctors adjusted using motorcycle vacuum gauges and idles like a kitten.

What sort of economy?
I am thinking of either twin or triple SUs on a custom manifold. Sus are great and they look good too.

About 27mpg with a .68 overdrive and a 3.00 diff gear on an open road trip. Also , 17-20 mpg in town depending how you drive it.
Further jetting;
P.S; idle air bleed is .65mm and pay careful attention to progression hole sizes and location for good economy in cruise.
Good way for jetting is to use an O2 sensor and mixture gauge in the dash.
Doing it without this or some other gauge will cause you to tear a few hairs out trying to work out the spot on jetting for multiple carburettors. Take the easier route!!!!!!
