anyone using a monte carlo bar?

i got a nice paycheck a couple weeks ago, enough to go buy a bunch of needed parts for the stang. well in the midst of the needed stuff, i bought a monte carlo bar too.

i was looking at it with the hood up seeing where it bolted to and everything, and it would interfere with my air cleaner housing. just to know for sure, are any of you using the bar and the air cleaner housing too, or did you changed over to an open element air cleaner? thanks for any input
