Does anyone know if aussie crossflow heads will fit a 300ci ?If so,are there any mods to be done ?Also,what compression ratio would that yield?

Sorry my friend, it won't get even close to fitting. The big 300 has an extra 0.4" of space between each cylnder bore, and the block is way to big to fit an X-flow head.
Now, if you'd like to grab three Cleveland, Boss Mustang or LS-1 Chevy cylinder heads to fit a 300, there is plenty of info on how to do it on the Big Block Six forum.
