All 1100's had a 1-7/16" bore. However there are three different venturi sizes. The 144ci came with a 1.00", the 170ci with a 1.10", and the 200ci with 1.20" venturis. Except 68-69, and 66-67 California Emmisions, where the 200ci had a 1.10 venturi. To measure the venturi, pull the carb top off.
From 63-67 all 1100's had a spark control valve, which looks like a power valve. The 68-69 carbs, as well as 66-67 California Emmisions, did not.
63-67 manual trans had one diaphram on the side of the float bowl, while 63-67 auto trans had two diaphrams.
Most 63-65 carbs had numbers stambed in the base, near the throttleshaft arm, only a few 66, and none from 67 on.
If you have the Load-O-Matic dizzy (no mechanical advance) you must use the 63-67 carb with a spark control valve.
