autolite 1100

I have a 65 mustang inline six with this autolite carb , I have read a swap with a holley 1946 . The autolite is thermatic controlled choke , is the holley the same , are the throttle linkages adaptable as well as the 2 3/4 bolt pattern . Also has there been any problems with the holley , like there is with the autolite .
