The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Dynos has just issued the largest ever penalty in Australia to Nizpro. The company was fined $50 for every documented horsepower more than could be made by a VL Commodore Turbo, resulting in a massive $50,000 fine.
Speaking on the steps of Ringwood Local Court, whose magistrate found in favour of the Society, Nizpro's owner, Mr Simon Gishus defended his actions. "My BA XR6T just wanted to play", he said.
