big valves for 250 2v head

WHERE CAN I GET LARGER VALVES FOR THE 250 2V HEAD. I DIDNT SEE ANY AT CLASSIC INLINES. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!

i think the biggest Mike carries on Classic Inlines are 1.75int and 1.5 exh. but clifford has a set of 1.88int. and 1.5 exh but that is the largest i have been able to find

I think the valve stem size is larger on the aussie head. Any one know for sure?

It's different by 1/32", but I can't recall if that much larger or smaller. :roll:

Either way couldnt it be fixed by pressing in new valve guides?

For sure.

Generally, the intake valve head size isn't nearly as critical as exhaust on a 2V. You can go up 100 thou on exhaust valve size and also grind a cam to suit the flow each side. This comes from the "old school" tricks for a hot 2V.
