All Small Six Can someone tell me what cylinder head I have?

This relates to all small sixes
You have an early 1965 year model Small Log Head that was cast at he Ford Engine Foundry on Oct. 26, 1964. Can't say if was from a 170 or 200 Six without being able to see what the Combustion Chamber Shape looks like.

No way in this world, definitely not a 250.
X2 Sorry the first 250 Log Heads were made in 1969 so yours is 4 years "a-Head of that (Pun Intended)", plus all the US 250 Heads are a Large Log design which clearly yours's is only a small Log Head.
