carb and header question

I have a 66 mustang, I want to put a 2bbl on it, but I cannot find a bigger head(from a later model with larger ports), is there an adapter I can find to put 2bbl on my engine as is. Has anyone ever done such a thing, and did it all fit under your hood. The header question is simple, they say on the ford six website that there is problems with the narrow engine compartment and fitting the dual outlet headers. If someone has my car, or 65 mustang, did you put dual outlet headers. If you did, what kind are they. THanks for your help.

Clifford Performance sells a few different 2brl carb adaptors for our engines. Also if you are looking for a dual out header, check out the Pacemaker header on fordsixparts.com. I'm getting one put on in a few weeks...and I can't wait!!!
