Carb Conversion HELP

Ok. I have a 67 I6 with a Holley 1940 1 barrel carb. It crapped out and doesnt want to work. It is almost impossible to find other 1 barrels so I figured why not just up to the 2 bbl carbs. So I need help though. I dont know what to buy and what adapters. I need to know every little thing to buy. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had great success with the Webers. First the 32/36 DGV and now the 38 DGAS. I used the Clifford adapter and it took less than 2 hours to get the pressure regulator and carb plumbed and fired up. They're easy to adjust and/or rejet. Gas mileage improved over the 1v carb and so did performance. There's a lot of support on this site for the Holley 350cfm carb as well.
