Carb mounting 5200 vs 2300

Is the 2bbl mounting flange/bolt spacing the same or different on the H/W 5200 vs the Holley 2300? .

Drivability and bog problems after extensive jetting tests are driving me to try other options.

Totally different mounting flanges, unfortunately.

...but on that 2V->1V adapter of yours you can bolt an adapter to make it Holley pattern. It is 1/2" high. Clearance to hood might start to be an issue already...

I'd take the time and trouble to take the head off and have the log milled for a direct attach setup.
