Classic Inlines Header issues. 200ci

Got the header and the rest of the exhaust installed( Dual 2in going though turbo thrush mufflers) and my god I love this setup. The car is completely different over the stock exhaust going into a 1 in dual out flowmaster 40.

Current issues are the throttle arm is hitting the headers and not letting the idle come down. what type of shop would be best in getting that bent to work?

Also throttle return spring, I was thinking just wrapping a hose clamp around a pipe and using that. Would love to hear opinions.

Thanks!

I had the same issue with a header install. For the throttle arm, I had an exhaust shop modify and notch the pipe slightly so it cleared.

As for the spring, a hose clamp works like a charm.

Or you could just bend the throttle arm a little so it clears or convert to a cable setup. Good luck

Think I'll take it to and exhaust shop and have them bend the arm. Thanks guys.
