Its been down since Saturday morning, but I haven't been able to log onto the datbase since last Tusday, which is causing me all sorts of problems filling new orders.
The company I use was based in Florida, but recently moved their operations to Texas to avoid the hurricane season. While they were migrating the files to their new servers in Texas, they somehow lost some of the files, including the database. They are working now to locate them on a backup server and will upload them as soon as they can, which could take three to five days. Hence, we are hoping to be back online sometime next week.
They actually started migrating sites in August, but just shut down the old severs late Friday night, which is why the site went down. I'm sure the Hoildays aren't helping the situation either, as they are probably working with a skeleton crew.
