Yes...and no.
I assume this is for the 1960 Falcon? If so, the hotter coil (not sure of voltage for it) may burn through your points quicker then normal if you are still running a stock ignition. If you're running pertronix or DS2, no issues.
The only other thing is you may have to cut a new coil wire as the connection on the coil may be different. I don't know enough about the Accel stuff for that.
