They're all very low. A factory fresh (stock) motor should show about 175-185 for all pots. For the readings you have, I am guessing both head issues and bore wear.
Buy a Shop Manual for your specific year and car. FoMoco did a great job listing all the good info/specifications you will ever need. My '65 200 was spec'ed something like 160-175 range. Sounds like a trip to the machinist is in your future !
