Hi all,
Since the Mustang is in the body shop, I'm debating whether or not to just make the car a project while it's torn apart. My dad recently agreed to get me hooked up with a 2V Aussie head, and I've done some homework and found a place that could rebuild it for about 250ish (i THINK).
What would a good estimate be for rebuilding my block? If I go rebuilt, I'd like to step up performance with a cam, 2.4 flattop pistons, reduced deck height, and maybe 1.6 rockers from FordSixParts.
Given what I'd like to do to step up performance, what would be the best route? I'm thinking Comp 260H or 264H for the cam, but with the increased lift, I'm not sure about the addition of performance rockers.
