So I decided to regap the plugs tonight. All six were indexed already and I had the gap set at .044 although for some reason plugs 4, 5 and 6 were at .035.

Anyhow, I regapped them to .055 since I'm running the Ignitor and Flamethrower coil.

D*MN!!!

The car fired INSTANTLY, not a single crank just fired up right away. I backed the gar out of the garage and let it warm up then drove it for about 5 minutes.

It's like a different car. So much for getting to bed early tonight, way too excited now.

Now, if I adjust the timing a little....
 
Yeah, through all the upgrades I've done, I think the DS2/Pertronix (ran both) + Flamethrower with opened up gaps is still my favorite upgrade.

Wait until you get another 1-2 MPG, that is assuming you don't enjoy the new found fun too much...
 
I have the plugs gapped at .075 only because I ran out of side electrode. I'm able to just reach in and tap the starter and it fires. Of coarse that is when it is run every day and is in current tune.

You can continue to increase your gap until you notice a problem with idle, acceleration ect. and then back it off .05.
