ford aus made one for the ef 4l motor but went back to dizzy on el.
not hard to make one anyway all you have to use is a ac delco com with its coil pack (commadore/buick v6) mount a trigger on the crank and a knock sensor and the res is pretty easy.

I'm in the process of using a 6 cyl. Dura Spark w/3 pick-ups and 2 poles on the exciter. Using 3 GM HEI module on heat sink and a Ford DIS 6c yl.
coil pack. Will be using the mech. advance re-worked.
