68 mustang with air, would the oz head and manifold clash with the AC compressor?

Is it still left hook? Is the air factory? Which side is the compressor pump on?

The 2v does not collide with the huge left hand mounted York A/C pump. That's the big FE V8 style item which is as big as New Jersey.

The similar Techumseh (sp?), no problem if its left hand side mount.

The worst one is the 1965 right hand mounted one. In 1964, the US Clean Air Act ment specific California spec Mustangs and Falcons/Fairlane/Comte yada yada would get air pumps. This air pump fits where the A/c unit used to go.

Quite a number of engine from then on had the A/C compressor on the right. They do hit, and you need to check Jimbo65's posts on how to rework the bracket to suit. It's not a big job, but it takes a little work on having the bracket moved out.

Jim's device had a huge 100 amp alternator, and the header was very close to touching the a/c and alternator unit.

Don't let it stop you doing the swap, its easy to work through.

The OZ intake is fine, but if you plan on headers you'll have to weld a two inch strip to the mounting surface of the A/C bracket and redrill the compressors mounting holes about 1 1/2 inches toward the fender for clearnce issues.
