is it taller than the factory 66 dist.? if so, how much?

Doesn't seem to be, at least with the DS1 cap on it.

There are several types of caps used and the larger one has been reported to have minor clearance problems with the power steering pump.

i'm kicking around this eaton m90 dealio and there isn't much room between the TCP shock tower supports and the dist wires.
I like the look of the DS1 cap anyway 8)

Plus if you're cheap like me, you don't have to buy new plug wires.
