DSII Question

What is the span of production years and models that the DSII and it's elictronic module can be used for a conversion. The modules I saw on the later modle 200 had a finned finish instead of the slick finished one I got some months back.

regular production was 1974-1983. Unique production (industrial applications) lasted up thru the late 90's, maybe longer. Flat box was DS1, 74-early75, finned box should be DS2, late 75-up. This is based on my currently foggy brain... 8)

i just did my conversion a few days ago with all new parts from autozone and i ordered the ds2 module for a 78 futura and mine has the finned cover

99% of the ones I have seen have been finned.
