Duraspark wuestion

I am in the process of doing the DSII swap. The CI instructions are confusing. I have cut the pink wire and the brown wire. Where do I get the 12V source? It just find one or splice it in. Which wire on a 67 mustang ignition is getting 12v when the switch is on run?

Ok I have the brown wire clipped off of I post. Module wired to S post, Pink wire clipped, and 12v source from green/red wire on ignition. It cranks but won't start. I am using my original coil if that matters. All wires wired correctly.

Don't feel bad, I have done the conversion half a dozen times and reading through the directions on the CI site is still confusing to me.

I did a quick search on the internet and found this diagram and set of instructions that are much easier to follow in my opinion.

Finally got it running. Coil we had on was shot. So I went and got a Blaster 2 Coil.

I don't ever want to do this swap again unless I have atleast a week off. Was rushed to get it finished and wiring doesn't look too great.
